Individual Therapy

I have over ten years of experience providing psychological and counseling services in outpatient and residential settings. I have had the privilege to work with many people struggling with a variety of personal challenges, and have specialized training in a range of evidence-based psychological treatment options. An initial conversation is welcomed to learn more about your unique needs.

Couples Therapy

The average couple waits six years after problems begin before reaching out for help. I have had the opportunity to help many struggling couples build new habits of communication and heal strained connections. I have advanced training in Imago Therapy, the Gottman Method and am a certified PAIRS provider.

Substance Abuse Counseling

I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with a specialty in the treatment of co-occurring substance use disorders (substance abuse along with other clinical issues such as depression and/or anxiety). I welcome the opportunity to learn more about the challenges you have been facing and work together to develop a solid recovery plan.
